I agree that management needs some shaking up. And yes, at Lifeloc's current market cap, they are a very attractive acquisition or merger candidate. I just hope they can prove this SpinDx Technology is going to work, and actually have a market for it. How long will it take them to go from a saliva sample to breath sample?

They told us they were expecting to see revenue from this device by the end of 2022. It's February 2023, and not a chirp from management. And yes, why are there not any insiders purchasing stock at the all-time lows? At least they're not selling.

The market for this new technology is huge at nearly 1.5 Billion dollar estimate, that's why we have several new companies getting in on the business. Lifeloc has the opportunity here to maintain being a market leader in the drug and alcohol detection business, I just hope they don't let it pass them by.

I'm not jumping ship just yet. I have actually been purchasing more shares. Maybe if some insiders would have my confidence, the stock wouldn't be trading at $1.50 a share.

Keeping my fingers crossed we will hear some solid news from the company in the coming weeks.

The problem is Vern Kornelsen owns 77% of the stock and if he doesn't want to change management nothing happens. As for management buying stock they'll probably say they can't cause they're in a 'quiet period'. Vern should just sell his stake and the one he has in ECIA. Another one that goes nowhere.
