At this stage it’s hard to make sense out of anything. To your points, the bylaws determine the terms for the board seats. But I agree, the investor relations guy doesn’t fit-in well with a buyout scenario, unless there’s a spinoff for just Direct; a possibility, albeit unlikely.

It would be a very bad scenario for the company to remain status quo just waiting around for the UK MAA. So something will have to give.

Maybe they are selling the DCVax-L for billions and keep the DCVax-direct to
further the development.
