With any NDA you can give information that does not violate the specifics outlined in the NDA. I have signed at least 7 and have had one's drawn up by my attorney. They have already mentioned they are working with Teir 1s which we have a idea who they could be so the NDA probable won't let them tell us the companies name. Same with the foundries. So what's keeping them from saying that they have completed a modulator for a Tier 1 and here are the rest results. They have been saying for years they are tweeking and getting positive feed back from Teir 1s. He says alot at the conferences and has a slide with around 30 Teir 1 companies logos. Don't really see the difference. I'm sure Dr Lebby is intelligent enough to provide shareholders with information without violating the NDAs.
