Megapacks cannot store sufficient energy for what you're suggesting, this is another lie by the industry. Solar & Wind are not baseload sources of energy. They are too variable for baseload.

Only 1 baseload source of renewable energy exists and that's geothermal. It can produce fairly constant energy day & night with the added benefit of providing heat as well. So it can heat and power cities. With the way mini splits work I bet this can be used to cool cities as well.

Fixed bed nuclear is the future of energy! Small for microgrids, portable, doesnt have the waste of large facilities, and can make water. Such a nice byproduct...drinkable water. Solar/batteries are at best a stopgap until something better is available.
