Exactly. Just like Priceline did in 2003. That stinky company went from over $100/share down to a buck. Then then RS 6 to 1 and then went to $1400/share.

Management don't approve a Reverse Split unless they plan to use it

Someone got screwed in that deal too.

I guess I always thought of these boards as some nice chat rooms where investors could share ideas about making money.
But as a true “Bubba” I’m having trouble seeing how inventing some deficient substrata of investor (i.e. “bagholder” etc) actually helps anyone to make a decision about a common subpenny stock that few have ever heard of.
I think most competent traders have their own list of subpennies that will do a little pop from time to time just like this one.
It’s a living, actually.
When this one reverse splits and then drops to subpennies again, me & the boyz will be buying. Rinse & repeat as the saying goes.
And that’s how you do it LOL
