Okay. I read it (a second time). My conclusion is that Blackstone Manor LLC is not in any way affiliated with MIKP or its subsidiaries:

Martin granted a film option in 2009 to Mike the Pike Productions, which later assigned it to Blackstone Manor LLC.

Apparently, that transaction between MIKP and Blackstone occurred before 2015. Why would you expect this transaction from 8+ years ago to be explained in MIKP's Form 10? This lawsuit between the author and Blackstone, even if it is still dragging on, seems like it would not be MIKP's concern.

I wonder if this transaction is how MIKP obtained the money for Vampirella?
