LAR LAR DEAR: any payouts to WaMu legacy security holders, of all classes and denominations WILL COME FROM THE FDIC.................when it terminates the WaMu Receiver.......appears that the last recovery/clawback sought is the LIBOR/sterling litigation.........................

.....no direct connections between DB COOPER and the WaMu legacy escrows......except for the shareholders overlap......
