STOP WAISTING YOUR TIME TRYING TO ANALYZE A COMPANY THAT HAS

I found out that I was not the only person that took note of that. My guess is that the lawyer is going to seriously regret that stunt pulled on the court and has opened himself to ( in my opinion , I could be wrong, but I don’t think so) seriously liability for those Series A shareholders who did not receive their compensation in whatever applicable ratio, equal to the entire OS at the time of conversion. Besides the fraud perpetrated on the Series as shareholders, State Bar and Federal Bar may/are going to have a thing or 2 to say about this.

The legal sharks are smelling blood in the water…. I can see something big coming, in my opinion, just like I saw the HUGE fire that they were building in LaCoste. I was spot on…
