Received both white and blue from Fidelity by email 10 days ago.
Clicked on "vote" and voted right in my account. Voted all blue. Easy, done.
Last night at 1:37 am I get 2 identical emails from Fidelity, white cards
only! One for personal one for IRA. I can only conclude that not only is Amarin
scared shitless but is exerting a lot of pressure on brokerage firms to continue to
resend white cards only.
