read the 7th amended GSA again...... there is no WMI anymore... the document plainly says WMI placed all its assets into the WMIL-T to settle Creditor Claims up to class 18, and 18 being impaired... the document also settled with legacy shareholders to be part of the company that exited from chapter 11, wmih was the new successor to WMIL-T upon exit from chapter 11...the original company (WMI) now trades on the exchange with the symbol coop... so, here is the lineage:

(1) Wmi places all assets into WMIL-T to settle the chapter 11

(2) WMIH is successor to WMIL-T upon exit of chapter 11

(3) WMIH acquires NationStar, and is a sub of WMIH, trading as coop

(4) WMI ceases to

exist.... read the documents...page 95, article 42.1... Title to assets.......42.2....Termination of equity interests upon exit from chapter 11........reference 7th Amended GSA

so, what happened to WMI legacy assets?... WMIL-T ( litigating Trust) failed to pursue these assets that everyone thought WMI owned to settle the GSA... why?.. WMI would not prevail in court to retrieve them, and JPM threatened a 27 billion dollar countersuit if WMI filed for the 24 billion it claimed in court documents...so, what happened to these assets... JPM wrote them down to 30 Billion in Negative Goodwill, and made a fiasco of them by losing billions in the London Whale Scandal...so, what did WMI get out of the GSA after releasing all parties to the agreement?... they got 6.5 billion dollars in settlement for their assets which they never had to go to court to litigate, and settled the chapter 11... are their residual assets held by now WMIH?... Rosen said there were no Safe Harbor assets, as they were all sold to GSE...its all in the documents if they are read..11 years ago..... Lodas
