I believe he can file as a SEC reporting after he's had it for 2 years which is only in a couple of months. My guess is that's what he's going to do.

If the incoming company, or George wants to be an SEC filer, we just need another 12 months of Pink Current fins on the Disclosure page. Then another form 10.

Mant here say 2 years of fins are required.

That SEC Rule15c2-11 warning will be gone/removed soon enough. The shell is now quoted by MMs.

Until that warning is removed, there still will be doubt about GVSI's status, especially since some here are saying they still can't buy with their brokers.

Like everyrhing else with this disaster, we'll have to wait for clarity.

Not quite that simple. George already pointed out why he had so many problems:

Our attorneys & auditors have concluded that it is impossible to audit $GVSI due to past corporate mismanagement of records/actions. Therefore, we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days
