$GVSI is now an Alt. Filing Pink Current Ticker. None of that matters anymore. The Ticker has been cleaned of is scummy past. That's what a custodian does.

If the incoming company, or George wants to be an SEC filer, we just need another 12 months of Pink Current fins on the Disclosure page. Then another form 10.

Why does the document say that fins from 2008 - 2013 were needed? That's longer than 2 years.

That SEC Rule15c2-11 warning will be gone/removed soon enough. The shell is now quoted by MMs. That's all that matters.
