There was an email response fro Neil floating around twitter that said, "I sent a follow up email praising the work Orgenesis and Morgenesis were doing with Kurve... he responded that there would be a material event update between now and end of March"

The ceo said 30-60 days and that was about a week ago.

$PKPH - All you need to know:

1. They just filed 17 filings to get current with the SEC. Spent $500K or so.

2. The CEO of $PKPH is the CFO of $ORGS (Nasdaq)

3. $ORGS is doing a spinoff and mention IPO and Merger in the 8K's related to that.

4. The Spin-Off has $110M funding all set up.

5. Our guess is they got $PKPH ready to merge with that Spin-off.

6. When they move that Spin-Off into $PKPH, it will go straight to Nasdaq (because of the $110 Funding)
