2. The CEO of $PKPH is the CFO of $ORGS (Nasdaq)

3. $ORGS is doing a spinoff and mention IPO and Merger in the 8K's related to that.

4. The Spin-Off has $110M funding all set up.

5. Our guess is they got $PKPH ready to merge with that Spin-off.

6. When they move that Spin-Off into $PKPH, it will go straight to Nasdaq (because of the $110 Funding)
