It was BUT Jim DiPrima IMO took it to a new level. He lied about the merger which in my opinion he NEVER intended to keep and he kept reassuring people he would be PINK CURRENT prior to the Sept 24th or Sept 26th deadline (2021) which IMO was a lie.

Now he is running GSF* into the ground just like he did RBII. Never will buy another stock that DiPrima has anything to do with. I can almost guarantee you that GSF* will be driven to the EXPERT MARKET OR GET DELISTED.
