Because someone was likely to win the auction for the assets, which did occur.

Desperation.

Those red lines and arrows never get old .
Unfortunately the creditors wanted no part of g5 or BIC being the successor.
But they were obviously trying hard to gain control of the sludge plant thru the LIQUIDATION PROCESS.

So the fact that he was looking to the future and hoping for someone to take over the plant is somehow mysterious? Wow I guess the bottom of the barrel has been reached for the good things coming crew lol.
So no new direction after the KAH-C paying BioAmber shareholders for the assets for torched when the SPAC ended without even a mention of BioAmber LOL!!

Looks like if it's not underlined in red it doesn't get noticed. BIC is part of the GFive bid to acquire the assets.

Question: If GFive with BIC acquire the assets; wouldn't they be BioAmber's successor in Sarnia-Lambton? LOL is Sandy offering to support themselves??? Good stuff...2 days before the bids are due SMH

I'm going to forward this to a fellow shareholder who has some dealings with the OSB and Court and see if the OSB buys the fairytale explanations provided so far.
