I rarely agree with what you say about Bioamber but your point about PwC's involvement and misconduct in other areas is relevant. Take for example the letter dated August 19, 2018 written by Sandy Marshall of BIC to Paul Pettigrew of PwC.
Question: How can Sandy Marshall say they want to acquire these assets with the intention to support the restart and operation of "BioAmber's successor in Sarnia-Lambton" 2 days before the bids are due on August 21, 2018?
How does he know there is a successor to BioAmber 2 days before the bid deadline???
