You are missing the point!!! Yes Intel has been hard pressed to scale Photonics devices since shipments in 2016, now 6 years later they got to 2 million annual shipped, the MRRs were SUPPOSED to be the greatest next-gen technology, but HA!!! Not so much!!!! In reality it's a FAILED attempt and NOT EVEN SPOKEN OF by Intel!!!!
Meanwhile LWLG can match or even exceed Intel 2022 volume with 1 small Foundry and 1 customer!!!!!
LWLG already has Operational PDKs in at least 4 Foundries, and they are working in 7 or more Foundries in 2023!!!!
