pre clinical trials are typically positive as they are basic tests. There is nothing special about pre clinical results other than the spin it will get in the PR and the over hype given to it on message boards. The bigger issue is the complete misunderstanding of how this all works and something I have constantly had to point out on this board over the years from those who are scientifically naïve in the medical testing field. Let me quickly point out that the preclinical testing for HemaX and dCellVax were positive only to have the FDA ask Regen for more testing to be done as dumbass Koos and his incompetent scientific team at the time, including Tom Ichim, didn't perform all of the tests that the FDA wanted.

Understand that , I am talking about the the 250k needed and the approx 6 month time frame he was talking about at 25:42 in the call.. Also nothing is in clinical stage testing.Theoreticaly is used alot by Koos to plead his case he can get financing or attract BP because of the R/S. Theoreticaly most lenders look at how you will be paying back a loan and look to see you have a revenue stream which he states they don't but if they can licence then they would have revenue. I know you can't go to a bank and say I have a degree and I should be getting a job here soon and take out a car or mortgage on a house theoriticaly speaking.
The big issue is meeting requirements and standards not just a share price , Theoreticaly the companies starts out at a 5 dollar share price and then slowly and in most cases drops while this is going on.
