That is a good surmise. But this is only my opinion from what I have heard. Maybe SBES is doing something right now (but certainly not obvious to ANYONE) but it is almost like they want to play russian roulette (by not communicating with their shareholders) to see if they dump their shares prior to that date.

I appreciate your comments on SBES. Do you think they will have filings done by 3/28 or does 3/28 even matter to South Beach?
