This is a deep state or central bank operation which as was stated before is a real David and Goliath situation. No matter how this gets sliced up there is corruption at every level of this operation. You have the Canadian Government involved starting with Brian Mulroney plus the BCSC and the OSC and of course Barrick Gold which is the gold agent for the Central Bank. Now you have Chile involved with the government corruption. The Chile Government is so corrupt that they made a deal with Argentina that made Pascua Lama a virtual country so there were no taxes due. You the add in the banking operation through Luksic plus the corrupt legal system. You can even add Claro & Co into the mix where a non qualified mining lawyer is not qualified to be a witness and testify but is now allowed and that is ok because they say so. Now we wait again and see if the Chile court system is also corrupt and sees the same picture as everyone else. There is only one point that I really need to understand and I have having hard time with. Why with all of the money and corrupt power behind this mission is Barrick not mining. They have the money and they have the power to set all of the rules. So seriously what is stopping them from mining?????
