I think you're stuck with the options but yes you can turn them off. It also has a feature if you put something in the back seat and you get to your destination and shut the vehicle off it displays a car seat in the back reminding you you might have left the kid in the back.
It comes with an auto stop feature so if you're at a read light or stuck in traffic it shuts the engine off then restarts when you step on the gas BUT there is an aggravating delay. That you can turn off as well.
The cruise control comes with automatic braking but you can change the distance of when it brakes. It's a pain when someone passes you then cuts right back into your lane.
The side mirrors will light up when someone is in your blind spots. A nice feature.
And the rear view camera has 180 degree vision and sensors so if you're backing out of a parking spot at the grocery store it will let you know if someone is approaching in the lane. I love that feature.
So now you know why there is a chip shortage.
