Sleven, I disagree with your statement that Denner wanted to lose those seats. Recall that Amarin drug it's feet and at the last moment voted against Denners 2 candidates. Denner at the time was Amrains largest shareholder and Amarin couldn't "throw him a bone?", In May 2022 Denner made his choice to abstain in protest. Still nothing forthcoming from Amarin management? Really?

Are you voting against all of Denners nominees? Any proposals you're For besides removal of PWO? You vote your conscientious....I guess?

Well you can vote for removing the current chairman and a couple of the Denner candidates and then vote against the rest if you want. I myself can't imagine still supporting the current management but they are your shares. At least with nine different questions it's not all or nothing.

Ns, at best Denner gets 7 board seats. That doesn't give him control. The board would increase to 15. Denner put in 7. How is that control? It's is not. Actually, if AMRN's 8 directors that are left vote as a bloc, they will be calling the shots, not Denner or his people. 2 or 3 or even 7 seats will be meaningless. The bigger question is who will be the new chairman? Make your guesses now! Raf needs to do another poll!
