BTW, if one were to get some 'inside' information as you aledge happened, as long as one does not trade on that information there are no laws broken.

Once I supposedly knew something I allegedly said confidentially that I paraphrased purposefully as a contingency against the proclivity for these things to circulate was misconstrued as something the SEC might investigate before I was exonerated.

But only I know the truth.
