You think the SEC will go after NEWBauer and pals for the outright fraud they committed on the VGTL merger that wasn’t. I am referring to the information that was officially released stating clearly that the merger “has” taken place, when in fact, months and months later, it was exposed that what “has” taken place, actually had not. But the pump certainly had.
I will always and forever have the feeling that NEWBauer will attempt a similar move with MIKP.
It’s in his blood, in my opinion. It’s what he does, in my opinion.
