One of Eddie Vakser's scams (that had super proprietary technology that could do 3D without the need for special glasses) claimed that it was running a commercial during the Super Bowl. Then it turned out that it was really a printed ad in some kind of souvenir program that anyone could purchase. Then it was revealed that the company never paid for the ad so it wasn't included in the program.
