I would say he has a merger candidate already. Why? Because he said that GVSI has come to an agreement with its CEO that the 300k preferred B Shares purchased by him cannon be covered for 20 years! That right there tells me he has everything lined up - otherwise why would he even tweet this? It’s all right in front of our eyes, we just need to read between the lines and ignore the noise.
