Yes, he is making it sound like there is a specific candidate. But that doesn't mean there is one.

CEO of IGEX spoke frequently about the merger candidate, he even set dates. I don't trust any OTC CEO until there is actual proof.

Plus, if there was a preferred target merger candidate, don't you think they would have had an agreement in place by now? No way they'd sit around for over a year waiting without having any discussions.
