There are lots of things the company could have and should have done better. Instead they just ran straight into the iceberg and said “huh….I wonder why the ship sinking”.

LOL at these reasons. We seem to have left out that may 10th was the biggest spoofing episode, but that doesn't fit with the bear narrative of blaming everything on management.
