#565485 RE: CrashOverride #565447

I think autologous will be the future for many diseases, including but not constrained to oncology. When you look at the efficacy of many drugs, it has to be improved and will be over time, many with more autologous approaches. When you consider the heterogeneity of tumors, especially tumors like GBM, it makes so much sense that generic, broad based approaches will not result in optimal solutions, which have to be better targeted. It is not a model historically embraced by BP's for several business reasons though they are opening up with a couple of new therapeutic approaches. It is coming. It is not the first time BP got pulled into new technology due to its need, just look at the history of biologics, it came slowly, as will autologous, which is the logical extension of biologics, though there were BP's with autologous visions back in the 90's when biologics started to show huge promise.
NWBO is a leader no question. Being in their position is a huge challenge given their level of resource. We all know they will achieve, many of us just want to give them a push at times.
