RMB/Lizzy - in Jan 2021 Amarin board approved a severance and change of control plan that can accelerate vesting under specified circumstances. Haven’t parsed through it to see all circumstances in which it would trigger accelerated vesting, but just another example of misalignment between management and shareholders. Of course AMRN wont include this in the investor deck. #VoteBlue
