Looks like it floated up today to be shot down tomorrow.
BTW, why didn't that F-22 use a few rounds of ammo instead of an expensive missile? If they'd have shot a few holes in the balloon instead of obliterating the damn thing, it might have descended gradually making recovery of the electronics bay much easier. Now they're trying to locate and salvage it off the bottom of the ocean.
At least there's something to be recovered there.
The deflated hopes & dreams and empty wallets here are unsalvageable.
