Well, the company is looking very good. I still maintain my target of .21.
The dividend of 5:100 is a nice touch and doesn't seem to effect but will add about 5m additional shares to the O/S, moving the O/S to roughly about 420m.
Still very attractive and won't present a problem in its current makeup which will give us a solid $50m MC.
We are now moving into a very important pivot point as the company brings on additional collaboration partners and thus brings us to the next much needed capital infusion. This will happen!
The next financing structure is going to be extremely important as this will determine how this plan will lay into the overall Equity placement.
So, at this stage we are looking very solid, but expect a drawback as profit takers will take their profits going into next week after the distribution of the dividend has kicked in.
We are in a good spot, and it is a holding pattern for the next leg up.
Price target .21 in the next 60 days.
