During an ASM they said Data Lock around July and 2 weeks for the consultants to review followed by 2 weeks by the people in the company to give us Top Line Data. July came and people got the statement by September. September came and went and we got DL at the end of the year but instead of a month we got about 2 years before getting TLD.

They change the schedule so you can say they didn’t miss it but if they stuck to a schedule they miss constantly.

There are deadlines that are driven by legal process. In this case Gary is referring to a pending approval, which is driven by a regulatory process.
