Wolf1, I apologize I sent this to you by mistake. You were asking about Merrill but it might be helpful to someone else.
I have sent TDA an email from my account messaging feature and this is where to find the proxy vote info when it arrives. It has not arrived in my case. I received the email today. BTW you have to log into a computer not a mobile device. The mobile app doesn't show the "my account" heading. The message to me is below:
