They just closed this offering with more to go if they wanted so no need for more offerings and they will not use notes.

Sounds like to me they have found true non dilutive financing for their acquisitions and upcoming projects.

It’s incredible news.

The news says it will be a structure that better serves shareholders. So non dilutive. More shareholder friendly
