have you ever heard of this happening ?

What is being confused here imo is a " forced meeting " because of shareholder issues as opposed to the annual meeting that they are required to have by the State

.

.it would be up to the shareholders to file a derivative action (lawsuit) against the company to secure a court order forcing the meeting.

Why would Nevada, or any other State have these rules and not enforce them ?
