Reality is highly likely that there is no criminal behavior going on here . Heck, these shorts can't even get a federal court judge to believe bogus claims in a civil court. The insinuations of some big criminal conspiracy I find to be nonsense. Talking about this narrative further only promotes the bears agenda.

Well, we are where we are. Taking a slightly different perspective: NWBO , Lp et Al are trying to create a holy storm for the market makers. One might think that one needs to be proveably pristine oneself, because if a storm hits the MM,s then the spotlight will surely be turned on LP and her team……as night follows day. It would be bizarre to create a legalistic storm for others if one was quietly tapping everybody for demonstrably self serving reasons.
I don’t think LP and crew are nuts, and their implicit commitment to share holders at all share holder meetings is that they are on the side of timely ( given the circumstances) process/ progress to approval. People in glass houses do not usually throw stones.
