I got the sector idea from Duma, basically looking at a chart using Support/rez trendlines and some indicators, mostly sight picture, for me anyway.
Im not trading it but plan to jump in soon as I figure which acct to use and allocation. Is this long term investing or intermediate term trading? Im not sure.

I like the simple allocation, I was thinking along those lines except more allocation to XLK,XLV,XLE and less to XLC,XLB,XLU.

Actually this makes a good argument I should stay away from an ETF with price action well below the 200MA. I have to look at this a bit more. Does this answer your question?
