The Bhat Family Trust could be unloading, the only 5% shareholder listed in the fins.

What sucks about that is it won't be disclosed until the annual is posted around 3/31

As of 9/30, which means from 9/30 to 3/31 they could be selling and no one will know until the annual is filed.

Th TA will not divulge this info....
