I am surprised that you are not joining the message boards party after AZCowboy announced he got a distribution for his Preferreds...be happy that your waiting has been fruitful and the light at the end of this long tunnel is finally appearing.... I will save my enthusiasm when I see my 195000 UQ escrows materialize to money in my account at TD Ameritrade... at such time, I will then apologize to the board for all the transgressions I caused by being negative.... until then, and until otherwise proven wrong, I still hold to the 7th Amended GSA document, article 41.2 (a), (b), which states Termination of all equity interests after the ratification of the GSA, and Release signatures are signed... until then, and until I see money in my account, my position on this matter stands as I posted... no money is returning...Lodas
