$KWBT is another non-operational Chinese shell, hoping to cash-in on OTC's super-loose listing requirements.

Which makes it amazing that they're not even able to re-gain the simplest listing in the world.

According to OTCM, $KWBT is on its way to delisting.

Financial reporting is the only "disclosure" that matters w/ non-filers.

Rather than produce timely financials, these OTC scams issue meaningless 8Ks instead purely for stock-sales promotion.
