Im not ONLY GLAD I ELECTED TO PARTICIPATE but I am also very happy making the choices I did in 2009 to go mainly to P's and K's far before the the push to get folks to cave and go to PIER and DIME, sure that did ok but in the long run, I think CLASS 19 was the proper choice.
Thats WHY THEY CALL THEM PREFERDS
