I believe these guys were caught with insider trading and tagged with "colorable insider trading"....Tepper sold his stock, and bought an NFL Franchise...he probably realized nothing was coming back when the GSA was signed and the 20.7 billion dollars of the shareholders RE was written off, and the estate went bye, bye....so, again, I ask... where is the money to come from to give more recovery???.... the FDIC says no probable recovery to shareholders... the FDIC is holding 299 Billion in MBS.... WMI writes off (20.7) billion of RE of shareholders... so, again, where is this money everyone keeps talking about...the GSA documents states ALL assets of WMI were placed in the WMIL-T to pay creditors.... is there more money?... then where is it... assert your opinion of where additional money is that WMI holds outside of the chapter 11...assert, that old shareholders own the estate... what estate?.. it was written off for the NOLS... there is no money, just NOLS...Lodas
