What deals are you talking about? Over a year ago he talked about a "deal" with two "major car rental companies". Rental cars aren't required to use ELDs and aren't covered by the mandate meaning that there was NOTHING to stop those companies from using Ultrack's ELD BEFORE it was certified if they were really interested in the technology. The same can be said about marketing his ELD in the United States. There was NOTHING to stop him from selling it south of the border with the understanding that if/when certification did take place the devices would not be obsolete and require replacement... which would have been a huge competitive advantage. The fact that he didn't do any of that leads many to believe that either he is either incompetent or dishonest... or maybe both!
