Although "the pattern" is moving a bit slower than it has over the past 2 years, I don't doubt that you'll get you're opportunity Jim. We are officially back to an 045 artificial ceiling, which means 04 is back on deck. Even though we may stop at .043/.042 for a couple days, before they push it to 04, it does appear we are heading that way.
When we get bidwhacked, they drop the ask. When the ask gets slapped, they drop the ask. When the ask gets completely taken out, they still drop the ask.
Based on the above, there is only one way they'll allow this to move until something stops it, and that is straight towards your next target-buy pps...
