ziploc, Yup the company dislikes Sarissa so much that they are willing to spend over $7mill. to fight Denner. That infuriates me to think they wasted soo much money to fight something that would help the company. Instead, they chose to fight them and spend our money even though they know we will vote for Denner. So much for listening to us shareholders.
