Ok, so yea, this sentence does require him to list his common shares as an insider of any amount:

"Include Company Insiders who own any outstanding units or shares of any class of any equity security of the issuer."

So, you are correct. He either sold them, or it's an error. But if he sold them, he doesn't have to disclose he sold them, right?

Wonder how OTCM is looking at this.
