Good point, but I’d like to extrapolate. You pay the attorney fee once to provide an opinion letter that removes the restricted legend off all the class c shares. You would pay a broker reorganization fee multiple times, to your point, but that’s negligible. VStocks fee would be $20-40 per conversion I believe.
