I agree, 1 and 1/2 years ago OTC put thru this new deal creating the expert market to prevent retail from getting hurt.

I'm surprised that the SEC don't see it for what it really is.

It created a whole new level of bureaucracy to enrich lawyers and brokers and has proved only to further tilt the playing field against retail
